Cheese Knives
Cheese knives come in a variety of shapes depending on their intended use.Soft cheese knives have holes in the blade to prevent the cheese from sticking to the knife.Hard cheese knives are sharp and often have a forked tip allowing them to be used to serve the cheese as well.Parmesan is a very hard cheese and require a very short, thick blades that allows the user to put pressure into the cut.
