Delivery UK Mainland (including Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Skye) Our STANDARD DELIVERY charge for mainland U.K. is £4.75 per order (any number of items up to 30kg). We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible with delivery within 2-3 workings days.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY - Spend at least £50 (including VAT) to receive a standard shipping discount on your order (£4.75 including VAT, £4.04 exluding VAT). Our free delivery offer applies to UK Mainland only. All other destinations will receive a £4.75 delivery discount (£4.04 excluding VAT at 17.5%). The delivery discount will be applied to your shopping basket during the checkout process.
We also offer an EXPRESS DELIVERY service. For orders of £50.00 and over, Express Delivery is only £1.95. For orders up to £50.00 Express Delivery is £5.95. Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday, choose Express Delivery and we'll despatch your order by Parcelforce Next Day Courier service for delivery the following working day. We can't make weekend deliveries so orders placed before 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Monday, and orders placed after 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Express Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays. We are unable to specify a time for Express Deliveries - delivery can take place any time between 8am and 6pm. This service requires a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.

Taxes
Our prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%. This sales tax is not applicable on sales outside the EU and will be deducted from orders to the USA, Canada and the rest of the world. Divide our price by 1.175 to get the price you will pay. You should also check if your order will be subject to any import charges, as we cannot do this before dispatching your order.
Carriage
Place your order as normal and you will receive an automated response from the website. We will then contact you with the actual cost of sending the goods to enable you to agree (or not) to the additional charge before we send them and before your card is debited. We use Parcelforce for these deliveries, and due to the large quantity of goods we send abroad, we have been able to negotiate special prices.
Who are our carriers? For Standard UK Delivery we use either Royal Mail Packet Post or Home Delivery Network Couriers depending on parcel size and weight.
For Express Delivery, Northern Ireland, UK Offshore and International we use Parcelforce.
