Global G-61 20cm Fluted Cook's Knife

The flutes on this Global cook's knife prevent food sticking to the bladde. Made from the finest stainless steel. 16cm/6.3 inch blade. The blades utilise Cromova 18 stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° - 58° which holds a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion.
