Global G-19: 27cm Flexible Filleting Knife

An extremely thin knife used to fillet fish. The blade is very flexible as filleting knives have to be able to bend so when a fish is being filleted the knife follows the shape of the backbone resulting in a very clean cut fillet.

Global knives are made from the finest stainless steel. 27cm/10½ inch blade.
