Global G-47: 25cm Sashimi-Yo Slicer
This knife is often used to prepare and slice raw fish. The long blade is only sharpened on one side to produce a bevelled edge, with the other side being completely flat. This produces a sharp cutting edge which helps cut at the right angle while not damaging the remaining food.
