Index Steel from Joseph Joseph brings even bigger boards and a new stylish finish to the award-winning 'Index' range. Designed to reduce the likelihood of cross-contamination of different food types, the storage case contains four large chopping boards, each measuring 33.5 x 23.5cm. Each board is colour coded and has its own index-style illustrated tab with a brushed metal finish, indicating which food type it should be used for. Perfect for preparing vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked food safely and separately.
