Tojiro Senkou knives are superbly crafted cutting implements designed for use by the worlds best chefs. The knife has an 8¼ inch blade made from multi-layered, Damascus style steel containing Rockwell 60º - 62º hard steel for a superbly sharp edge. The handle is made from practical, hardwearing and stylish Micarta, inlayed with stainless steel which can be engraved if required.
